Mr. Ashok is the chief coordinator of the group and guides the group’s execution planning, policies, and strategies. He lends his technical support whenever required to the project planning and execution team.
Rainak joined team VHC as Manager-Business Development. He has around 8+ years of experience in Project Management. At the beginning of his career, Rainak started as a Project Engineer for a Construction Company. He graduated from West Bengal University of Technology with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Rainak uses his hands-on construction expertise to seek challenging works in new business development, works with new clients and business owners we've formed relationships with, directs RFP and SOQ responses, and contributes regularly to value engineering, project value assessments, marketing, and bid team.
A Business Administration Graduate who has an expertise in establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information and managing staff. Has an experience of almost 15 years in office administration as well as heading Accounts & Taxation Department for various organizations.
Rishikesh joined team VHC as a Project Manager. He has around 10+ years of experience in Project Management & Execution. He has delivered numerous projects timely. Rishikesh uses his hands-on construction expertise to seek challenging works in new business development, works with new clients and business owners we've formed relationships with, directs RFP and SOQ responses, and contributes regularly to value engineering, project value assessments, execution as a team.
Indranil has gained more than 8+ years of industry experience post to his graduation in civil engineering and completed multiple challenging projects as Quality Control Engineer of execution team on pan india operations. His core expertises into AUTOCAD Drawings, Planning and Scheduling, Monitoring and Controlling. He graduated from West Bengal University of Technology with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Madan is in charge of QA & QC of VHC. Previous to that he had been associated with another flooring company in Project Execution, Estimations. Madan also oversees the Estimation Department and coordinates the myriad of activities required to bid multiple projects under a number of disciplines at one time. His job role includes implementing systemwide upgrades to our project quality program and managing dissemination of bid information to team participants in-house as well as to potential subcontractors and suppliers. He has over 25 years of experience in Civil Works.
